Woodreed and Little Tent – joining together with compassion, courage and creativity

In an ever-changing world of work, the need for healthy organisational cultures led by compassionate, trusted leaders who create a sense of purpose and a psychologically safe environment for their people to thrive, to do their best work (wherever that may be), matters more than ever.

The nature of our work with clients is changing too, as we adapt and respond to this brave new world. Over the years we’ve earned the trust of our clients, working alongside them as trusted advisors, helping them shape and drive the right organisational cultures to meet their challenges now and for the future. This includes creating organisational values and frameworks of behaviours to shape and drive culture, employer brand, tone of voice, high quality internal communications, communications training and creative solutions to engage hearts and mind.

Culture change takes time. It takes commitment. It’s a journey. It’s complex. It’s multi-faceted. It takes brave leaders.

So, as Woodreed looks to its future and reflects on our clients’ challenges, we realise we need to add additional expertise to be able to fully respond to what our client partners (current and future) need from us.

With this in mind Woodreed has joined forces with Executive Coaching and Organisational Change specialist Lorna Leeson who runs Little Tent, to form an exciting new partnership.

This partnership means that jointly we now offer a complete suite of services to our clients, to address all areas of culture, change, communications and coaching.  All delivered with our combined brand of creativity, courage, and compassion.

We’ve already been working on some brilliant projects together. This is what our clients have said about the power of our partnership:

Both the UK and US offsites have been so well executed, which wasn’t in doubt, and is why I called on you to work with us, Charlotte and Lorna. The team are fantastic, and I really mean that. You have engaged our people in a fun and thoughtful way, and connected them to values, strategy, brand, and our objectives, in a way that is relevant to them and our business.

You do so from theory and expertise which is well grounded and communicated, without jargon. You were trusted to help us re-set and engage our global team – and we have achieved that and our offsite objectives in spades.

We’ll be sharing updates and insights from our work over the coming weeks and months, including our first ever joint podcast ‘Start the week with Lorna and Lottie’ where we will deliberate, cogitate and digest (thanks Loyd Grossman!) on anything and everything to do with culture, communication and leadership giving you food for thought every Monday. We’re also going to be co-creating lots of (hopefully) insightful new thought leader papers on a range of current topics.

Welcome to our new world!
