Culture, Change, Employee Engagement:
We devise and deliver workshops to embed values and behaviours, bringing cultures to life and helping create great places to work. We are trusted by our clients to work with their Boards and leadership teams to help them live, lead and model cultures in line with their values. We run programmes to engage managers, team leaders and their workforce with values and behaviours and make them meaningful and authentic.
Our programmes are always developed with an organisations’ values and culture at their core and with the aim of supporting the delivery of strategic objectives. They can also be supported by introducing psychometric assessment where necessary to uncover and build on individual and team insights to deliver tangible results.
We work with client teams and leaders to help them understand and apply the principles of employee engagement, create effective teams and a high performing culture, earn and deliver trust and cope with change.

We run accredited open training for the Institute of Internal Communications as well as bespoke in-house written communications training tailored to clients at all levels – from comms practitioners, to upskilling subject matter experts in communications to one-to-one director coaching. We share the secrets of how to create persuasive, compelling communications which audiences will read, and how to understand and apply a brand or organisation’s tone of voice.
Vauxhall, Jaguar Land Rover and Peugeot Citroen
We worked with these leading automotive brands to either use their existing voice or devise and establish a new voice for internal and Retailer communications.
We ran training for all key communicators and subject matter experts on tone of voice and the techniques of effective communication. Post training, delegates had access to Woodreed’s unique Muse service for ‘on demand’ writing, editing and coaching support, so good writing became the standard. One to one writing coaching was commissioned for directors who needed it.
