How a community of champions changed the game for DS Automobiles
The brief:
Use technology to increase engagement amongst national DS brand champions in the UK network of dealerships, helping deliver outstanding customer experiences.
The solution:
Developed a community of champions built on the proven gamification, recognition and culture change techniques of Woodreed’s global Challengera platform.
The platform allows the DS Automobiles brand to communicate directly with specialist network employees, sharing new content and brand information. It also encourages peer to peer communication and networking among the dealership community as well as providing instant recognition from both peers and senior leaders.

Due to the success of the UK site, the platform launched to the DS network in Germany.
Citroën and Peugeot network sites followed and delivered similar engagement levels.
