How we did it
An extensive organisation-wide research and consultancy project influencing stakeholders at the highest level, leading to the development of a brand positioning and a framework for culture stemming from the values. The emphasis was very much on enabling NEP to manage its own brand and communications. As such we created tools, processes, guides and creative collateral with a view to being owned and managed by NEP.
