What we did
A round of qualitative interviews with a cross section of employees supported by in depth interviews with senior leaders. We also conducted a review of their current internal communications.
A comprehensive plan written by Woodreed to embed the values and behaviours based on insight. Client took some of the key learnings and made adjustments and improvements to its broader internal communications, reviewed processes and launched new initiatives to address areas of concern.
