How we did it
Using Waggl, our employee voice platform partner we consulted all 1,200 employees over 7 sites in three weeks, addressing one value each week. Waggl’s clever algorithms allowed the most popular ideas to rise to the top, giving the board a clear idea immediately of what their workforce thought. As well as providing useful insights to be fed into the broader piece of work, it played to Engage for Success’ third enabler (Employee Voice). It also provided the opportunity for the business to position the transition to the new values, bringing employees along on the journey. This is just the start of part of a broader programme of work over 2016/17.
