How we did it
Stakeholder interviews at senior level, employee workshops and consultation using our employee voice platform partner Waggl led to the development of a set of values, a tone of voice and a new proposition. From here the strategic narrative, or story was created as a way as a way of bringing emotional connection and relevance to the rational strategy. The narrative was then turned into a film to provide further depth and connection.
