Peter Clucas

Writer

After qualifying as an architect Peter soon found his niche as a professional services marketing expert. Architect clients at first, extending to engineers, lawyers, developers, town planners, universities and local authorities.

In 2000 he gave up his role as managing director of a WPP-owned marketing agency to expand his activities. He became a features writer and journalist for several property, marketing and architectural magazines.

He also began working with clients in the automotive sector. As a keen driver and motorcyclist this satisfied his passion for all things four and two wheeled. He has driven or ridden many race tracks in the UK and USA. He is a trained emergency services rider, carrying urgent meds and bloods for his local NHS Trust, as a volunteer.

Outside work he is a choral singer and conductor, birdwatcher and wood turner. He has sung or conducted in 33 English cathedrals and toured the Netherlands with a choir he co-founded while at University. He has three children and lives in the West of England.
