Capturing the hearts, minds and spirit of a financial brand

The brief
Launch the new values and behaviours so they live not just physically on the walls and halls, in the hearts and minds of the employees too.

How we did it
A visual identity to brand the values, including the world’s first ‘brandthem’ a two minute animation with its own original score.

A big launch with an unmissable supporting comms package from direct mail to desk drops to meeting room kits to mirror stickers.

The big chat – An SMS campaign to encourage dialogue between the organisation and its people talking about the behaviours, supported by imaginative mini promotions for each value.
Collateral for workshops to explore the values and align them with the competencies.

Giant wall art displays using the value icons as inspiration throughout the new corporate HQ building.
A branded recognition and rewards programme

The result
The big chat SMS campaign has a benchmark smashing 45% of all employees opting in to take part.

The absolute opposite of ‘wallpaper corporate values’, these stunning pieces perfectly bridge the gap between art and corporate messaging. They are beautiful to look at, as well as delivering a constant drip drip reminder of the values and behaviours we want to encourage to create a successful culture here at Volkswagen Financial Services
